California is on the verge of its most significant transformation of the long-term services and supports (LTSS) system in the last 30 years. The SCAN Foundation's Second Annual Long-Term Services & Supports (LTSS) Summit will engage the full spectrum of LTSS representatives -- consumers, providers, advocates, academics, administration officials, and policymakers -- in discussion about emerging issues at the state and local levels.

Summit participants will collaborate in the development of a blueprint that identifies concrete steps that individuals and organizations can take successfully transform the state's LTSS system.

Please join The SCAN Foundation in exploring how we can transform California's system of care to ensure that older adults and people with disabilities can continue to receive the supports they need.

Registration will open June 2012.

Summit: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Reception: 4:00pm - 6:00 pm
