Pey-Jiuan Lee

Biostatistician

Pey-Jiuan (Pey) Lee is the Biostatistician at the University of Southern California (USC) Edward R. Roybal Institute on Aging at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. She assists researchers with all sizes and types of research projects for ensuring the quality data preparation, efficient data transition to data analysis, the appropriateness of statistical analyses, and timely report and generation of study results.

Lee also works on grant proposals and article manuscripts including power analysis and sample size calculation, data analysis, writing the statistical methods and results sections, and reviewing the manuscript for accuracy. She has worked with USC faculty from diverse disciplines as the data manager and data analyst on a range of funded research projects, primarily focused on health care seeking behavior, major depression, general socio-economic stress, psychological distress, and quality of life associated with chronic illness.
