Juyoung Park, MSG, is a Ph.D. candidate at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. Her research focuses on gerontological social work, emphasizing elder mistreatment, social isolation, mental health, and the well-being of older adults. With a deep commitment to addressing disparities in aging experiences, Juyoung integrates quantitative methods, culturally sensitive approaches, and community-based participatory research (CBPR) to ensure her work reflects the lived experiences of older adults and their communities.

Her contributions have been recognized with several honors, including a service award from the Koreatown Senior and Community Center, the 2023 USC Provost Graduate School Fellowship, and the 2024 GSA Diversity Mentoring and Career Development Fellowship. Guided by her mentor, Dr. Yuri Jang, Juyoung is dedicated to advancing research that promotes equity and enhances the quality of life for older adults, particularly those from underserved populations.
