Social, Environmental, and Biological Determinants of Dementia Disparities

Organized by Emeritus Professor William A. Vega, this conference series aims to address scientific issues associated with mitigating the disproportionate impact of ADRD among ethnic minorities in the U.S. It is designed for active research investigators in neuroscience and older adult health, including emerging scholars in allied disciplines, and aimed at stimulating fusion and innovation at the frontiers of interdisciplinary basic, applied, and behavioral sciences. The series is supported by a grant from the National Institute on Aging.
